My Mission

Hi, I’m Loreal - founder of Serenity Birth & Beyond. Becoming a mother changed everything for me. After experiencing a challenging birth of my own, I realized just how deeply support, knowledge, and presence can shape a person’s journey. That experience lit a fire in me to become the support I once needed.

As a doula and a mom, I bring both professional, evidence based training and lived experience to the families I serve. I’ve always had a heart for helping others and a special love for children, which naturally led me to this calling. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, giving birth, adjusting to postpartum life, or simply needing a hand to bring calm and order back into your home - I’m here!

Our Services

BEFORE BIRTH

Emotional and educational support is offered while we plan your pregnancy. We’ll discuss and/or create your birth plan as well as talk about your birthing rights. Your birth is tailored to YOUR needs.

DURING BIRTH

I act as a source of physical, emotional, educational, and advocacy support. I am totally focused on you and your needs at every moment. Whether you’re needing hands-on massage, positioning suggestions, or reassurance, I’ll be there to hold a calm presence while helping you maintain a relaxed state of body and mind.

AFTER BIRTH

It’s time to ease into parenthood. As your doula, I can help with newborn care, emotional support and postpartum care. Any questions you or your family may have, I can answer to make this transition easier.

Meet Your Doula

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and currently work at a community clinic that serves under served populations. Every day, I witness the real challenges families face when navigating the healthcare system without proper support. That experience has only deepened my commitment to providing intentional, inclusive and heartfelt care.

After giving birth to my daughter, I realized how powerful it is to feel supported, and how isolating it can be when you’re not. My birth experience was far from easy, but it lit a spark in me: I wanted to become the person I needed during that time. That’s what led me to this work. As a mother and a doula, I bring not just professional training, but genuine empathy and lived understanding.
